Welcome to Pennsylvania Talks! I am Terrence Brown, a Chester, Pennsylvania native, multimedia creator, and journalist. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications (Broadcast Journalism) from Rust College and an Associate of Arts in Music Production from the Los Angeles Film School (March 2026).

This platform is dedicated to uncovering local news, highlighting community events, and finding new places to go across Southeastern Pennsylvania. My mission is to shine a light on the stories that matter, with a special emphasis on Delaware County and my hometown—the historic City of Chester.

I may have taken a break — Journalism NEVER stepped away from my pedestal.

I took a break from journalism back in 2023 when I stopped working in the newsroom. To get stronger and learn more skills that can help me gain personal attributes. I am here because I am EAGER to win.

If you’re one of my fellow neighbors from the City of Chester, we have a mission: to make sure people report on topics related to the 6-1-0 and surrounding communities ethically and responsibly, without intentionally spreading misinformation.

Chester was the first official city in Pennsylvania, and I am proud of the person I am becoming—a true product of the oldest city in the commonwealth.
